That’s a great question.
Our lowest package, at $899 per month, may suffice in less competitive areas, typically in markets with populations under 15,000. Most clients pay between $1,199 and $2,500 monthly, often running Google Ads and aggressive SEO campaigns, content creation, PR, outreach, and a review system. If your budget starts at $899, we can help improve your online presence.
How long will it take? I wish I had an exact answer, but it does vary greatly. It isn’t uncommon for us to see significant improvement and results within the first few months. That said, competitive markets usually take a year or more to get the momentum going and the results you want.
While I understand that it’s a cost and, to a point, needs to be looked at that way, another way to look at it is an investment. What does it cost to get one new patient? What’s your cost of acquisition? What is the first year and lifetime value? What dollar amount makes sense, considering your goals, local market, etc?

1. How do I know what service I need?
You often don’t know, at least not initially. We perform a comprehensive website and online marketing analysis to determine what we feel is the best direction for your practice. Many practices are similar, but no two are exactly the same. We will make recommendations based on what we see the best opportunity is to help you accomplish your goals. This strategy is often fluid; it may change 6 months down the road based on what we are able to accomplish, and what is going on in your office.
2. I know I need to get started, but I don’t know what to do or where to start?
No problem! We understand it can be overwhelming. We only make recommendations that we feel are best for your business. Never do we allow money to get in the way of your best interests. In fact, we’ve turned down working with clients because what they wanted simply wasn’t what we felt was best for their business and we couldn’t in good faith continue.
3. How much does it cost?
Good question. We all want to know, what can I expect. We have options for most budgets. In a less competitive area, you may be able to get by on our lowest package which is $899 per month. Typically, you’d need to be in a sub-15,000 population market for that to have an impact. Most clients we work with pay $1,199-$2,500 per month for their digital marketing. On the higher end, they are likely running Google Ads, and have a fairly aggressive SEO campaign that we dedicate a lot of time to, content creation, PR, or outreach, as well as a review system in place to get more reviews. 4. I worked with a dental SEO company in the past and didn’t get results. Can you help me?
Possibly. Why do I say that? We will need to know more information in order to know if we can help you. Sure, we could say: You Bet! We can help! But let’s be honest, I don’t know until we talk. Perhaps you weren’t getting results with your previous company because the budget you had wasn’t realistic. Or perhaps, you were getting results, but due to lack of communication, it wasn’t evident. 5. How long does it take to see results?
That depends on your campaign. If the best thing for your practice is Pay Per Click, then you could see leads coming in shortly after we get a campaign built, the landing pages up, and tracking set up (within 1-2 weeks). If you are looking to increase your rankings in Google, then there is a lot of factors that come into play. If you are starting from scratch, no presence or very little, then you need to be realistic and understand it takes time. Understand that your competitors have likely been marketing for years, and you won’t overtake them right away. We will have a better idea after the first few months.
6. Can you help me get more reviews?
