Upon taking over, we refined the overall performance of their Google Ads account, resulting in improved campaign performance. Comparing Year over Year, the conversion rate increased by 1825.93%, and the cost per acquisition decreased by 97.32%, from $521.74 to $14.
How we did it:
- Improved account structure utilizing SKAGS (Single Keyword Ad Groups) format to better target and analyze performance on individual services.
- Brokedown separate campaigns for each of the 4 target locations, allowing us to have a high ad relevancy, increasing CTRs, and quality scores.
- Granularized the budget on top services: general counseling, anxiety, depression, couples counseling, and video/phone/telehealth.
- Tightened up search targets to only include high-intent keywords, eliminating a large amount of wasted ad spend.
- Improved ad copy and extensions. Writing ads that focused on the emotional benefit of counseling.
- Implemented robust call and form tracking.
- Created PPC optimized landing pages.
- Refined and tested bidding strategies to maximize the ROI of the campaign.
