Project Overview
This dentist in Washington state purchased a practice from a retiring dentist and was facing several issues (that’s a first, right?! lol )
The first issue was the dental practice had somewhat of a unique name, as well as an odd URL with a hyphen in it. It was somewhat memorable, but was very limited in its marketing ability due to the name being associated with the previous owner. The new owner was considering a rebrand but had never done one, didn’t know where to start, and was overwhelmed by the work that needed to be done. A rebrand is enough for a new dentist, fresh out of his first associate job to have on his plate.
The other issue was that when he purchased the office, he inherited an agreement with a national digital marketing company that, quite frankly, didn’t seem to be doing anything. He was paying them each month, but he couldn’t tell whether the marketing was working because communication was poor due to turnover at the large national marketing agency, it took forever to get responses, and they didn’t provide a way to track effectiveness.
The Results
The client now ranks in the top 3 for all his major keywords, and in 2023, his leads rose from 5-10 per month when we started working to 200-300 per month (finishing the year at 2518 incoming leads). That’s a 2400% increase for those who prefer percentages. 2024 saw them increase that yet again to 3,784 incoming leads, or 315 per month. Then in 2025, they hit 4,485 leads, or 374 per month. They have brought on two new partners and built a beautiful new building with office space to lease.
