Local SEO for Attorney

A bankruptcy attorney in a major US city contacted us because they were paying an online marketing company to improve their rankings, and after working with them for an extended period, their rankings dropped significantly. They were getting approximately 2-4 incoming leads from the website per month. They were not ranking in the top 3 for any of their main keywords. They were concerned, and needing to turn things around. 

The client now ranks in the top 3 on Google for 15 of his most important keywords and is getting between 30 and 40 new leads per month. (A 10X Increase!)

How we did it:

• Interview with client about goals, vision, customer personas, etc.
• Keyword research to identify the best, most profitable keywords, as well as some lower competition terms.
• Updated the website with proper on-page SEO, including schema, silo structure, and appropriate internal links.
• Local business directory listings audit and subsequent optimization.
• Subscribed to a service to push out their local SEO information to the data aggregators.
• Installed lead tracking and analytics software to measure results and report back to the client.
• Built relationships and obtained high authority and relevant links to the client website.
