Great reviews but I think you might want to update Zensupplies. I reached out to them and they said inventory starts at $129/month PLUS there was a charge of $599 for setup PLUS $199 per location so I was looking at over $927 for JUST the FIRST MONTH for just my office!!! They said they didn’t know where you got the pricing from as it’s listed https://www.zensupplies.com/pricing/ I didn’t go with them as it seemed outrageous for me to invest this much to not even know if it would work for our office.

There is also us, Up Inc. formerly known as Fox Fales. We are a small, family run and owned business that has been in the industry with our program for over 15 years now. We are extremely competitively priced w/ our competitors, with Zen possibly being the only one that comes close to what we can offer, and our subscription is monthly, with no start up fees, no additional login fees per person, no hidden fees period. We also wanted to do it monthly so anyone who didn’t feel our program was for them, would be locked into some contract and not be able to get out. Our # 1 priority is the happiness & satisfaction of our customers to see “where is the money” being spent, and we do offer “real” tech support with an actual human being that answers the phone when someone calls, vs. an anonymous chat message that no one ever writes back, and if you do call, you are forwarded to an answering service. No voicemail to leave a message here. -We update the system as often as updates/upgrades are needed. Because it’s cloud-based, we have the ability to upgrade on the fly.

One other thing comes to mind:
The system is actually pretty easy to learn, and we support them with all the trading they may need. The system also comes with a user manual that is all screen shots and will walk them thru every feature. If they’re too busy to look at the manual, they never have to apologize about calling us for help.
